Hi, I’m Abhinav

An artist, a healer, partner to Han & father to our little angel Athena.

My quest is to experience & understand this reality, get over my fears & share the anti-dotes back.

I presently live in Dharamshala and a lot of my life now is the slow, honest work of unlearning (fear of abandonment, love had to be earned, etc).

I deeply resonate with Internal Family Systems & I’ve worked extensively with my therapist, documenting many of our sessions in the blog section.

I’m currently building WhatsHappening — an anchor for your inner world / a diary that remembers & talks back / facilitator for solo therapy. I’ve been my own first user for a year now — it’s the closest app to me right now.

I love deep attuned conversations and I’m also working on One More Chai card game to facilitate the same.

I love building & architecting, writing/editing, deep attuned conversations & honest child like play. I feel most at home closer to nature. I love cooking food, researching, playing guitar, coloring a mandala, giving massage & bath to Athena (love this connection activity), documenting my insight to making this website and almost everything art!
